Hide Mobile Menu icon on desktop screens

Please open inc/header/style1.php and style2.php and find:

<a href="#" class="mobile-toggle">
                            <div>

                            </div>
                        </a>

and replace it with:

<a href="#" class="mobile-toggle hide-for-large">
                            <div>
                                <span></span><span></span><span></span>
                            </div>
                        </a>
